French Sorrel Plants taste like a Green Apple crossed with a Lemon! This perennial herb is used primarily as a tangy salad green or to flavor soup. It grows as a clump reaching 1 1/2′ tall with leaves 2″ across. It is a very hardy plant that will continue to flourish when the rest of your fresh garden greens are suffering either from heat or cold. Our French Sorrel plants are growing in 4.5″ pots and are easy to grow year round.
