Description
Shishitos are a mild chile pepper, usually harvested while green. One in every 10 are hot so it’s fun to pass a dish of grilled Shishitos around the table! When cooking, pierce the skin to allow steam to escape then enjoy them grilled, pan-fried or roasted. Drizzle with a little Olive Oil and add a dash of Sea Salt for a delicious appetizer.
