Tasteful’s editors read every message sent to editorial@tastefulgarden.com and reply within three working days. There are no contact forms, ticket systems, or chatbots between you and the people who write this site — just two email addresses, each with a clear purpose.
How can you reach Tasteful?
Tasteful uses two mailboxes, and choosing the right one gets you a faster answer:
editorial@tastefulgarden.com
For everything about our content: factual corrections, questions about a review or our rating method, suggestions for casinos we should test, accessibility problems with the site, and feedback on our responsible gambling resources. This mailbox is read by TastefulG and Almin personally.
partnerships@tastefulgarden.com
For commercial matters only: affiliate programme administration, licensing our content, and press enquiries. This mailbox is handled separately from the editorial team, and nothing sent to it can change a score or a shortlist position — that separation is explained in our affiliate disclosure.
Tastefulgarden, 477 Formula Lane, Dallas, TX 75244 is the formal address for legal notices and data-protection requests.
What should you contact Tasteful about?
Tasteful welcomes messages on any of the following, and each one is routed to the person best placed to act on it:
- Corrections. If any fact on this site is wrong — a licence number, a limit, a fee — tell us. Verified corrections are published within five working days, with the change noted on the page. Our editorial process describes exactly how this works.
- Player-protection concerns. If a casino on our shortlist has made it hard for you to set limits or self-exclude, we want to know. Reports like this trigger an immediate re-check by TastefulG.
- Review requests. Suggest a casino you think fits our calm, low-stakes focus. We test suggestions on the same terms as everything else — a suggestion never guarantees a listing.
- Site problems. Broken links, outdated bonuses, pages that render badly on your device.
How quickly does Tasteful reply?
Tasteful commits to a first human reply within three working days for editorial messages and five working days for partnership messages. Player-protection reports are prioritised ahead of everything else in the queue. If your message needs research before we can answer properly — for example, re-testing a casino feature you have flagged — we tell you that in the first reply and give you a date, rather than leaving you waiting in silence.
Can Tasteful resolve a dispute with a casino?
No. Tasteful is an independent publisher of information and comparisons; we hold no gambling licence, no player funds, and no authority over any operator, so we cannot force a casino to pay out, reopen an account, or reverse a decision. What we can do is point you to the bodies that hold that authority:
- The casino’s regulator. Every review on Tasteful names the licence the casino holds. Complaints about UK-licensed sites go to the UK Gambling Commission‘s approved routes; complaints about Malta-licensed sites go to the Malta Gaming Authority.
- The casino’s ADR provider. Licensed casinos must name an approved alternative dispute resolution service in their terms. Exhaust the casino’s own complaints process first, then escalate to the named ADR body free of charge.
If you tell us about a dispute, we log it against the casino’s file. A pattern of credible complaints lowers a casino’s Player Protection score at its next scheduled re-review and can remove it from the shortlist entirely.
How does Tasteful handle your data when you write in?
Tasteful uses your email address and message content only to answer you and, where relevant, to investigate what you have reported. We do not add correspondents to marketing lists — we do not run any — and we do not share your details with casino operators. If you report a problem with an operator and we need to raise it with them, we ask your permission first and anonymise the report unless you agree otherwise. Privacy Policy
Who is behind these mailboxes?
Tasteful’s editorial mailbox is answered by the same two people who produce the site: TastefulG, our player-safety lead, and Almin, our senior reviewer. Their credential profiles are published on our About page, and their names appear on every article they write or check. If you are in difficulty with your own gambling rather than with our content, please go straight to the free, confidential services listed on our Responsible Gambling page — they can help in ways an editorial inbox cannot.
